We are sorry to see you go. You may cancel your CareSwaps Platform Access Subscription at any time with no cancellation fee or penalty.

How to Cancel

Send an email to hello@careswaps.com with the subject line "CANCEL REQUEST".

Include your account email and the date you would like the cancellation to take effect.

You will receive confirmation within 24 hours that your cancellation has been processed.

Refund Policy

7-Day Cooling-Off Period: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.

After 7 Days: You will receive a prorated refund based on the remaining days in your current billing period. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your access to the platform will be deactivated. Your health information is retained for 6 years from your last service interaction to comply with HIPAA record retention requirements (45 CFR 164.530(j)), after which it is securely deleted or de-identified.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
